Logistics

In a delightful outdoor garden setting at Lambert's Clearing, patrons will be able to picnic from 9am with the show commencing at 11am.

Food and Drinks

Coffee, sweets and ice cream available for purchase. Bring a picnic!

Seating

For the ultimate viewing experience for all patrons, sections will be roped off. Patrons bringing blankets or low chairs only will be in the front section. Patron with high-back deck chairs will be placed to the sides and behind. Low chairs will be available for hire and some complimentary high chairs will be placed at the rear of the audience area.

Wet-weather

This event will go ahead rain, hail or shine or regardless of the weather situation. However, in the event of extremely wet weather or heat the event will be transferred to the Douglas Pickering Pavilion at St Ives Showground, 450 Mona Vale Road St Ives. Patrons will be advised of this by phone or email and notices will be posted on our web-site and Facebook page and at the venue.

Parking

Free parking is available on site. A shuttle service will be available to assist with disabled access between Caley's Pavilion carpark and the venue. Please indicate your requirements when purchasing your tickets.

Transport

Forest Coach Lines run a regular service along Mona Vale Road from Gordon Station to Terrey Hills.

Pets

No pets are allowed on site.
